1. Shipping Methods & Costs

1.1 Carriers and Rates

ASRAR uses reputable carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Correos) for both domestic (Spain) and international shipments.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination at checkout. These costs are borne by the Customer.

1.2 Customs, Duties & VAT

EU Shipments: No customs duties within EU; standard VAT (21 %) applies and is included in product prices.
Non-EU Shipments: Shipments require formal customs declarations and are subject to import VAT and potential duties; the Customer is importer of record and responsible for any fees.

1.3 Delivery Times

ASRAR does not display estimated delivery times on the website. Delivery duration depends on carrier service selected, customs clearance (if applicable) and route.
Typical domestic delivery: 2–5 business days; international delivery: 5–14 business days (indicative only).
Once dispatched, tracking information is sent via email.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Exceptions

2.1 Standard Withdrawal Rights

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish LGDCU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving reasons.
To exercise, notify ASRAR in writing (email to info@asrarsecrets.com) before the 14-day period expires.

2.2 Hygiene & Health Exceptions

Non-returnable items: Products sealed for health/hygiene reasons which are unsealed after delivery (e.g., lingerie, intimate apparel, unpacked sex toys) cannot be returned or refunded.
Faulty or incorrect hygiene-sensitive items remain covered by the legal guarantee (see our Guarantees page).

3. Return Procedure

Notification: Send withdrawal notice or return request to info@asrarsecrets.com within 14 days.
Packaging: Return items in original, unused condition and packaging (except non-returnable sealed items).
Return Shipping: Unless ASRAR offers to cover it, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Deadline: ASRAR must receive returned goods within 14 days of your notification.

4. Refund Processing

Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.
Refund amount excludes any costs for non-returnable sealed hygiene items and original shipping fees.
ASRAR may withhold refund until goods are received or proof of return shipping is provided.

5. Carrier Limitations & Force Majeure

Carriers (e.g., FedEx) may refuse or delay shipments in compliance with export/import regulations; ASRAR is not liable for these occurrences.
